Rachel Taylor, Election Authority
Rachel Taylor was elected as County Clerk and Election Authority for Daviess County in 2023. Rachel worked in the County Clerk’s office since 2019, first as the Election Clerk, then as Deputy County Clerk. The County Clerk serves a four-year term and is elected countywide.
