Becoming a Candidate – Local Offices
For information about running for local office, please contact the Daviess County Clerk’s office at (660) 663-3300, ext. 4. A List of which elected official positions are open can be found under the Offices up for Election tab.
Candidates filing for local elected official positions in Primary Elections need to pay their candidate filing fees with their local political party. The fee is $100.00.
